It is your responsibility to inform us so we can assist you with this process. We strive to make your estimate as accurate as possible, however, benefits may have been used between the periods of the consultation and the surgery. It is only an estimate and the final payment portion will be determined once the claim is submitted to your insurance company.

Patient Billing
We send out statements the third week of every month. Most dental insurance companies will respond within 2-4 weeks, the medical insurance companies take longer. Your payment is expected promptly.

Refunds
Patient overpayments will be refunded up to 30 days after all insurance processing is finalized.
